		Important Installation Information
		 For DVD Tray Player Professional
		         and DVD Player.NET

** PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING THIS VERSION **

The way in which the Setup program works has changed dramatically. It now checks
to see if you have a valid version of DirectX already installed - i.e. v8.1,
9.0, 9.0a, 9.0b or 9.0c. If no valid version is found then, provided you have an
active Internet connection, the latest DirectX Runtime will be downloaded from
the Microsoft DirectX Web Site and will be installed as a final task. (Note, if
you have an earlier but still-valid version, you can upgrade your DirectX
version by simply enabling that option in Setup.)

If you elect to install DVD Player.NET, Setup will look for an installation of
the Microsoft .NET Framework Runtime on your PC. If this is not found, it will be
downloaded and installed - providing you have an active Internet connection.

Note that if either DirectX or .NET Framework are required but no active Internet
connection is detected at the time Setup is run, you will be instructed to download
and install these components. Do NOT attempt to run either versions of the Player
on a PC without the necessary components.
